It started back in December of last year, when we thought we would try something new to keep communication with customers easy and fun. We opened a weekly chat session for technical support as well as for sales questions about our products.

We started it as an experiment, but every week, customers or potential customers find us and keep asking questions, so we have continued the tradition of the Thursday afternoon chat sessions. That's afternoon Eastern Time (ET)  (or GMT minus 5:00 hours), for the eastern United States.

Well, word has gotten out and customers in Europe have expressed an interested in participating. Because of the time difference between Research Triangle Park in North Carolina, USA, where our American headquarters are located, and most parts of Europe, we now offer a weekly live chat session at 10:00 am  ET on Tuesdays to accommodate. So if you would like to chat live with the FarPoint team, here is your opportunity. Today is the inauguration of our first "Tuesday at 10" chat session. Come and say hello.
